Spring Moves and Advanced Clinic
April 22-23, 2017

Got a couple things planned for the weekend of April 22nd. First we start off with Spring Moves and have everyone out for a good time on track and maybe some drinks afterwards. And then Sunday we are doing an advanced clinic and working with a limited number of seasoned A/B group dudes and turn them into total shredding machines!…and maybe some drinks afterwards.

There’s 2 sections below. One for Spring Moves and one for the Advanced Clinic. If you want to drive both, go to the Advanced Clinic section first. And do it quick because it’s probably going to fill up fast.

Spring Moves

Spring Moves is open to all drivers. As always, make sure your car passes tech. If it does not pass, you will not be allowed on track. Registration will NOT be refunded if you can not pass tech. The rules can be found here:

The Rules

Schedule – Saturday – Road Course
Gates open – 8:00 AM
Tech opens – 8:30 AM
Driver’s Meeting – 10:00 AM
Drifting starts – 10:15 AM
Drifting ends – 6:00 PM

Drivers meetings are mandatory. You must attend the drivers meeting before you can get out on the course. This is for your safety and it goes for everyone.

It is $160 to drive if you preregister online before March 30th at midnight.
After March 30th, you can still pay at the gate. The gate price is $175.

Spectator tickets available at the gate for $15.

By Registering below, you are confirming that you have read the Rulebook and meet all requirements.

If you register and something happens, registration can be transferred to another event if you let us know before the event starts. You need to email us at clubloose@gmail.com. After the event, there is nothing that we can do and you will forfeit your registration payment. To cancel registration, you need to notify us at least 3 days before the event.

Ride Alongs

We are going to be selling ride along wristbands. Passengers will need to arrange with the driver they are planning on riding with. Passenger must by 18 years old. The passenger must have a helmet and attire that meets Club Loose rules, i.e. SA2015 or SA2010 (less than 5 years old) closed face or better in acceptable condition and long pants, closed toe shoes and shirts with sleeves. The vehicle must have an approved seating configuration based on the rulebook. We are currently limiting this to A group drivers so that means a bucket seat and harness that are not expired. Passenger wristbands will be $20/person and available at the Club Loose Merch Tent or the Mansion or Sneaky Pete’s(we will announce at drivers meeting).

We also might sell these on grid. But the price will be way higher. So get things sorted and make sure your passenger has a wristband. Passengers are the responsibility of the driver. So if something isn’t right with whoever you decide to let in your car, it’s on you as well.

Advanced Clinic!!!

This is something that we haven’t done in a while but decided that it was definitely time.

There are 30 spots available for this clinic. It is open to only seasoned and stable A and B group drivers. Meaning if you just got bumped up from C within the last couple events and still aren’t making it around the track without spinning, this isn’t for you. Ideally this would be full of A group and the B group dudes who are almost ready to make the jump.

If you aren’t sure if you’re ready, feel free to ask (but don’t take the spot of someone who should be in this clinic just because you “think” you’re ready. There will be one more clinic before ECB so save your money for that one). If you know that this is for you, sign up right away because it’s probably going to fill up quick.

This is not a spectator event. And you will not be taking passengers that are not Club Loose staff. So don’t waste time thinking that it’s an option.

Your car must pass tech. If you’re driving Spring Moves, we will check the car then. If not, it will be checked on Sunday morning. So make sure your car is good and that shouldn’t be a problem for anyone signing up for this. Remember, registration is NOT REFUNDED if you cannot pass tech.

8:00 Gates Open (be at the track by 8:30 at the latest)
8:30 Tech and staff constructively criticizing cars.
9:30 Drivers Meeting
9:45 until we get tired – track walk, road course stuff, etc

It is $160 to drive.

There will be a secret link that we will send you to sign up for Spring Moves at a discount. Reply with the Paypal confirmation attached to make it easy. If you send an email that doesn’t include any information, I’m not responding.

There’s a good chance this event will fill up. IF you DO NOT follow the guidelines listed above to cancel or transfer and DO NOT show up to the event, you WILL NOT be refunded.
