Drag Your Drift Car and Independence Moves

We haven’t done this in a while so we figured it would be a good idea…we’re going Drag Racing! Rules for drag racing are simple, you’re car must pass tech and you will be running the same setup that you’re running for drifting on Saturday. So no drag radials, different suspension, gears, anything else crazy. You can change tire pressure and that’s it!
After Drag Racing, we’re going to head back over to the road course pits and relax with some cocktails at Sneaky Pete’s.
On Saturday, it’s Independence Moves.
This event is open to all drivers. As always, make sure your car passes tech. If it does not pass, you will not be allowed on track. Registration will not be refunded if you can not pass tech. The rules can be found here:
The Rules
Schedule – Friday – Drag Strip Side
Gates open and tech – 5:30 PM
Driver’s meeting – 6:30 PM
Drag Racing Starts – 6:40 PM
Drag Racing Ends – when it gets dark or when we all get bored
Sneaky Pete’s – right after we finish
Schedule – Saturday – Road Course
Gates open – 8:00 AM
Tech opens – 8:30 AM
Driver’s Meeting – 10:00 AM
Drifting starts – 10:15 AM
Drifting ends – 6:00 PM
On Friday, everyone who is coming, both drivers and spectators, should head to the drag strip side. Enter through the main gate at the end of the entrance road and go to the drag race pits. Do not go to the road course pits, the area will be locked.
There will be 3 different options for registration
– $160 to Drag your Drift Car and Drive Independence Moves
– $160 to drive Independence Moves ONLY
– $40 to Drag your Drift Car ONLY (must have driven at least one other Club Loose event this year)
Online Preregistration for all options will be open until June 30th at Midnight.
It is $175 to pay at the gate to drive on Friday or Saturday. Payment will be accepted at the gate until 10 minutes before the Drivers Meeting each day. There will be no Drag ONLY pay at the gate option.
Spectators are $15. If you come on Friday night for Drag Racing, save your ticket because it will get you in on Saturday as well. If you lose you’re ticket you will need to buy another one.

By Registering below, you are confirming that you have read the Rulebook and meet all requirements.
If you register and something happens, registration can be transferred to another event if you let us know before the event starts. You need to email us at clubloose@gmail.com. After the event, there is nothing that we can do and you will forfeit your registration payment. To cancel registration, you need to notify us at least 3 days before the event.
Ride Alongs
We are going to be selling ride along wristbands. Passengers will need to arrange with the driver they are planning on riding with. The passenger must have a helmet and attire that meets Club Loose rules, i.e. SA2010 closed face or better in acceptable condition and long pants, closed toe shoes and shirts with sleeves. The vehicle must have an approved seating configuration based on the rulebook. We are currently limiting this to A group drivers so that means a bucket seat and harness that are not expired. Passenger wristbands will be $20/person and available at the Club Loose Merch Tent and/or the Mansion (we will announce at drivers meeting).
