Haunted Moves Slumber Party with FNDP

We’re having a Halloween party plus some drifting! We’re drifting Friday night and Saturday. You can register for either day or both if you’re really cool. And Friday we’re also partying so decide on your Halloween costume now. Extra points if you dress up your car! And in normal fashion, there’s going to be come other fun stuff going on Friday night. Maybe some throwing axes, maybe some monster trucks, definitely lots of spooky cocktails. It’s still a few weeks away, so who knows what else we will come up with before then.
This event is open to all drivers. As always, make sure your car passes tech. If it does not pass, you will not be allowed on track. Registration will NOT be refunded if you can not pass tech. The rules can be found here:
The Rules
Schedule – Friday – Road Course
Gates open – 4:00 PM
Tech opens – 4:30 PM
Driver’s Meeting – 5:00 PM
Drifting starts – 5:05 PM
Game of Table – 9:00 PM
Party – 10:00 PM
Schedule – Saturday – Road Course
Gates open – 8:00 AM
Tech opens – 8:30 AM
Driver’s Meeting – 10:00 AM
Drifting starts – 10:15 AM
Drifting ends – 6:00 PM
Drivers meetings are mandatory. You must attend the drivers meeting before you can get out on the course. This is for your safety and it goes for everyone.
Online Registration Pricing is as follows:
$75 to drive FNDP Only.
$160 to drive Fall Moves Only.
$210 to drive both events.
Spectator tickets available at the gate.
$15 for one day or $25 for both days.
Online Preregistration for all options will be open until October 27th at Midnight.
Payment will be accepted at the gate at a higher price:
$90 for FNDP only.
$175 for Fall Moves Only.
$230 for both.

By Registering below, you are confirming that you have read the Rulebook and meet all requirements.
If you register and something happens, registration can be transferred to another event if you let us know before the event starts. You need to email us at clubloose@gmail.com. After the event, there is nothing that we can do and you will forfeit your registration payment. To cancel registration, you need to notify us at least 3 days before the event.
Ride Alongs
We are going to be selling ride along wristbands. Passengers will need to arrange with the driver they are planning on riding with. The passenger must have a helmet and attire that meets Club Loose rules, i.e. SA2010 closed face or better in acceptable condition and long pants, closed toe shoes and shirts with sleeves. The vehicle must have an approved seating configuration based on the rulebook. We are currently limiting this to A group drivers so that means a bucket seat and harness that are not expired. Passenger wristbands will be $20/person and available at the Club Loose Merch Tent and/or the Mansion (we will announce at drivers meeting).
