Haunted Moves Slumber Party

It’s time for Spooky Moves!!! One of our, if not the, favorite event of the year. Start the weekend off with drifting and partying at Sneaky Pete’s. And then after the sugar high and hangover wears off a little, we’re hitting the track again all day Saturday!
Do not wait to register for this event. It has been known to get a little crowded. This year, registration will be for 2-days only. Come out for the whole slumber party and have some fun.
If we do not fill all spots before the event, there will be a limited amount of single day spots open for purchase at the gate.
Event Details
This event is open to all drivers. As always, make sure your car passes tech. If it does not pass, you will not be allowed on track. Registration will NOT be refunded if you can not pass tech. The rules can be found here:
Schedule
Friday – Road Course
Gates open – 4:00 PM
Tech opens – 4:15 PM
Driver’s Meeting – 4:45 PM
Drifting starts – 5:00 PM
Tech Closes – 7:00 PM
Drifting ends – 10:00 PM
Party until ???
Last call for tech is at 7:00 PM. You must be here, checked in, car ready for tech no later than 7PM if you want to drive Friday night. No refunds if you are signed up and late unless arrangements have been made before the event starts.
Saturday – Road Course
Gates open – 8:00 AM
Tech opens – 8:30 AM
Driver’s Meeting – 10:00 AM
Drifting starts – 10:15 AM
Drifting ends – 5:00 PM
Drivers meetings are mandatory. You must attend the drivers meeting before you can get out on the course. This is for your safety and it goes for everyone.
Registration
Online Registration will be 2-day only. If the event does not fill up, then there will be single day pay at the gate options available at the event. Check back here for updates.
Registration is $210.
Registration will be open until Wednesday, October 29th at midnight.
Spectator tickets available at the gate for $20. Kids 6-11 are $10 and kids 5 & under are free.

By Registering below, you are confirming that you have read the Rulebook and meet all requirements.
If you register and something happens, registration can be transferred to another event if you let us know before the event starts. You need to email us at clubloose@gmail.com. Transfer credits must be used in the same season as the original purchase. If they are not used during the season, they are forfeited. To cancel registration, you need to notify us at least 3 days before the event. Registrations refunds will incur a 5% fee. After the event has started, there is nothing that we can do and you will forfeit your registration payment.
Ride Alongs
We are going to be selling ride along wristbands. Passengers will need to arrange with the driver they are planning on riding with. Passenger must by 18 years old. The passenger must have a helmet and attire that meets Club Loose rules, i.e. SA2015 (less than 5 years old) or SA2020 closed face or better in acceptable condition and long pants, closed toe shoes and shirts with sleeves. The vehicle must have an approved seating configuration based on the rulebook. We are currently limiting this to A group drivers so that means a containment/head restraint seat or HANS device and harness that are not expired. Passenger wristbands will be $20/person and available at the Club Loose Merch Tent or the Mansion or Sneaky Pete’s(we will announce at drivers meeting).
